❤TROLL SHIPPING FARE IS CALCULATED BY USING YOUR ADDRESS, DUE TO THIS YOU WILL BE SENT A SEPERATE INVOICE AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. THIS WAY YOU ARE NOT OVERPAYING FOR SHIPPING!! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A CURRENT EMAIL TO RECEIVE THE INVOICE! YOUR ENCHANTED PARCEL WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL THE TROLL SHIPPING FARE INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL. IF NO PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, YOUR ORDER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS OF THE TROLL SHIPPING FARE INVOICE.

Unicorn Express (USPS) Fare varies for location and weight of your Enchanted Parcel whether you are in the United States or International. Here is a estimate of the Fares:

UNITED STATES:

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: $13.18 TO $30

INTERNATIONAL (USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL):

UNDER 1LB: $11.11 TO $23
OVER 1LB: $25 TO $40

Made to Order – Enchanted Gems that state this in their Adoption listing, means the one you see in the video/photo is not available for sale but one will be made similar to it as there are enough materials to create another one (supplies are always limited so this could change at anytime). Keep in mind each Enchanted Gem may look slightly different due to being handmade and also no two stones are alike, even if it’s the same type of stone.

Custom Orders – Enchanted Gems that are custom made, take anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks (curing and creating) to make. Another variable to custom order timing is that there can be other customs ahead of yours so the 1 to 2 week timeframe i provide everyone is fully needed. Sometimes the order is done before that timeframe but it is the timeframe i provide for all custom orders just in case any unforseen issues or additional finishing time is needed. For custom made orders, you will have to pay the adoption fee before your Enchanted Gem is tailored for you. This helps warranty your Enchanted Gem to make sure no materials are wasted because in the Enchanted Realm we do not like to waste and also to make sure the custom Enchanted Gem will not be abandoned after being created. Do not worry though, you will be sent videos and pictures of the process before it is finished, in case there is something you want changed. If you want something changed when your Enchanted Gem is finished and AFTER process photos/videos were sent and you approved them, then you will have to pay a extra fee for materials to remake your Enchanted Gem. Warranty: Your Enchanted Gems that are in jewelry form, have UNLIMITED Tinker Fairy warranties! Though you must send all the components of your hurting Enchanted Gem back so the Tinker Fairy can get to work on it (you will have to send it back by your own means). If any of the components for the Enchanted Gem are missing, you will have to purchase the missing components. You will receive it as a Tinker Fairy Invoice. Please give the Tinker Fairy atleast 1 to 2 weeks to finish fixing your Enchanted Gem! She is fairly quick though so she might be done before then 🧚‍♀️ When the Tinker Fairy is done fixing your Gem, it will be sent back to you through the Unicorn Express (USPS) with the Troll Shipping Fare paid by the Tinker Fairy.

Returns: I do not accept returns for refunds as the Enchanted Gems are custom made, one of kind, handmade or are Enchanted Gems that can only be used once. The Enchanted Realm is not responsible for Enchanted Parcels that are lost, damaged or marked as delivered in tracking but you didn’t receive. This is a issue for the Unicorn Express to handle (USPS), every Enchanted Parcel is INSURED so you will have to handle related issues directly with the Unicorn Express (USPS) ❤

In your Enchanted Parcel you will receive Owl Mail! Inside you will find information on how to get to your Owl Mail page (where you will find your Enchanted Scroll) using the included password. No one, can see your Enchanted Scroll unless they sign in with your password, so don’t give your password away to just anyone. Inside your digital Enchanted Scroll you will find DETAILED information about your adopted Enchanted Gems, including metaphysical properties, caring for them, Tinker Fairy warranties, etc.! Also within your Enchanted Scroll you will find a reading from The Oracle, Giveaway Entries, Record Keeping of your Tinker Fairy Warranties and so much more!!!! Your Enchanted Scroll will be updated for your adopted Enchanted Gems ❤
